The staff were friendly and gave great restaurant recommendations. We appreciated the shared kitchen that was available for use at any time.
The room was smaller than expected, but considering the current tourism situation in the area, we understand that small spaces are common. We also encountered some minor maintenance issues, such as a faucet that didn't work and a missing TV remote.

Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff provided us with all the necessary information and recommendations to make our stay even better. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the center and close to public transportation. The hotel had a lovely patio where we could relax and even cook some food if we wanted. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Lisbon.
